Acro, Yoga And Flexibility Classes, Jacksonville Fl
All levels! Learn some skills that you can take virtually anywhere! This class is all about balance. You will focus on developing your hand balancing and handstands through a series of drills and exercises. Once you have your foundations down you’ll take things to a new level, balancing on hand balancing canes or even each other with special partner acro work. We also pay special attention to proper form and alignment to develop proper technique and prevent injury.
All levels! This class is designed to provide additional training to meet your flexibility goals. We’ll use a combination of passive, PNF, and dynamic stretches chosen to complement your pole and/or aerial training and reduce your risk of injury.
