Aerial Arts – Lyra
Aerial lyra (also known as aerial hoop) is a circular apparatus suspended from a single or double point. In this class you will learn the various techniques to enter and exit from the hoop along with conditioning, strength and flexibility exercises. After learning basic skills and conditioning, the class will gradually progress into building your strength, showcasing flexibility and learning flipping, turning, rolling, posing, and transitioning positions. Note: We require students to wear clothing that covers the legs, torso and arms for all aerial classes, other than pole. This will help avoiding burns caused by friction with the fabric or hoop.
Aerial Arts – Silks
In this class you will begin with flexibility, strength, and conditioning exercises that will help you feel comfortable in the air. You will work on basic climbing skills and will learn how to create “locks” around your body with the fabric. After grasping these fundamentals, you will work on building stamina, strength and stability by working with fabric as your “pole.” Start with basic climbing and progress into various positions, inversions, drops and choreographed sequences. Note: We require students to wear clothing that covers the legs, torso and arms for all aerial classes, other than pole. This will help avoiding burns caused by friction with the fabric or hoop.
Aerial Arts – Kids (ages 9-17)
In this class your child will begin with flexibility, strength, and conditioning exercises that will help him feel comfortable in the air. They will work on basic climbing skills and will learn how to create “locks” around their body with the fabric. They will also become familiar with the aerial hoop. They will be challenged, entertained and taught body awareness all while building self-esteem. Note: We require students to wear clothing that covers the legs, torso and arms for all aerial classes. This will help avoiding burns caused by friction with the fabric or hoop. STUDENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN SIGN THE WAIVER BEFORE THEY CAN PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS.
Aerial Arts – Silk and Lyra Combined
In this class you will begin with flexibility, strength, and conditioning exercises that will help you feel comfortable in the air. You will work on basic climbing skills and will learn how to create “locks” around your body with the fabric. You will also become familiar with the aerial hoop and learn various inversions and moves. Note: We require students to wear clothing that covers the legs, torso and arms for all aerial classes. This will help avoiding burns caused by friction with the fabric or hoop.
A fun and fantastic way that you can practice various poses and movements while suspended a few inches off the ground through Aerial Yoga. This practice uses a soft aerial silk to lift one off the ground and at the same time allow for Yoga movements. Imagine a long piece of cloth, like a hammock, holding you by the waist and lifting you a little off the ground. Aerial Yoga revolves around counteracting gravity. By relieving compression due to the pull of gravity while on the ground, the spine is elongated and the shoulders straightened. The few inches of suspension in the air releases tension on the bones and muscles, increasing flexibility.
Introduction to Static Trapeze
Learn the skills necessary to fly through the air while building upper body strength and increasing flexibility. Trapeze is one of the most impressive and versatile apparatuses, with show stopping moves that easily translate to silks or lyra. This class will feature a variety of beginner and upper-level moves to teach students how to move on the trapeze as well as engage their bodies correctly to avoid injury and build and tone a variety of muscles.
Nothing But Hands – Hand Balancing Acro Class
This class will feature skills that you can do virtually anywhere. We will focus on exercises on the floor as well as hand-balancing canes. This class will cover everything thing from one-arm crocs, to headstands to handstands and aerials. This class will feature a lot of conditioning and will focus on keeping correct form through every movement. Aside from traditional moves we will also focus on power yoga poses to work on balance and build strength.
Want to improve your fluidity, transitions and overall dance technique all while acquiring new skills and learning choreography? This is the class for you! In this class we will work on basic, intermediate and advanced dance techniques in styles such as ;Modern, Jazz, Lyrical and Contemporary to help you become that versatile dancer you see on the stage and TV (ex: so you think you can dance ). This class may not always be easy but the outcome will be well worth it! -Please wear fitted bottoms and a comfortable but not too baggy of a top, socks will be sometimes needed-
A contemporary take on a traditional class that will help lengthen and strengthen your muscles while using classical ballet skills! Including a barre warm-up, across the floor exercises, and ending with some choreography, this class is sure to get you moving with both strength and grace. It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned ballerina or if you’ve never stepped foot in a dance studio, this class is for anyone.
An intense workout focusing on traditional barre exercises that keep you long and lean! This class starts with a slow-paced barre designed to use the entire body, and ends with a few floor exercises for conditioning. Take this and you’ll enhance your flexibility and your endurance in a fun and challenging way! No experience necessary.
Stretch and Flex
This class is a must for all students especially the beginner students and those getting ready to move into the advanced level classes. You will learn how to increase over all flexibility through dynamic & static stretching, reduce your chance of injury, add grace and control to your pole skills, improve your posture and decrease pain. This class is designed for those who want to develop flexibility as quickly as possible. Increase your range of motion and strengthen the structures that give you the control and stability you need for Pole Dancing, Chair Dancing, and anything you can think of! This is also the perfect way to cool down after a hot workout. All levels welcome.
This class is a great strength-building workout! It will focus on total body fitness that will strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body for optimal performance every day – a great improver to build up your muscles for your next pole stages, or for other sports activities. The class includes pole work such as holding a hanging grip, climbing, pull-ups and legwork. Other activities include pole tricks and transitions that help build muscle strength, planks, and press-ups, sit ups, squats, general pulse raiser moves & more. Please wear supportive clothing and athletic shoes.
Hip Hop Dance
Have you ever imagined yourself on stage rocking a crowd with high energy dance moves, cool visuals, and intricate steps while having as much fun as you can? Then this class is definitely for you! This class provides a positive outlet for dancers of all ages and will teach students hip hop techniques, stage presence, and organized choreography, The class improves physical and mental strength, personal growth, self esteem, and competition results for each and every student. This high energy dance style proves to help students understand their bodies and gives students a positive outlook on dance.
Hula Hoop Dance
Remember that hula hoop you picked up when you were twelve? Well, it’s back and all grown up! This is not your average hula hoop play – learn to dance gracefully using one, two or multiple hula hoops incorporating tricks that will dazzle your friends and audience. Object manipulation performance (also called flow arts) involves props to enhance the visual effect of your dance. This class is fun, playful and open to children and adults of all levels, even if you can barely keep a hoop around your waist! It can be considered light cardio, but is generally low-impact until you have learned enough tricks to let them flow together. Hula hoops are provided, just bring a smile!
Intro to Inversions
This class will focus on going upside down! We will take you through a warm-up of core strength conditioning and flexibility to warm-up your muscles, a confidence builder to get you comfortable inverting and then learning various pole inversions in multiple positions, followed by a cool down of stretches to soothe and relax your muscles. This class is great for women who have passed Pole .5. Note: Intro to Inversions does not teach choreography or free flow movement; it is just learning how to focus on technique of inversions. Those ladies who have not passed Pole .5 will not be able to perform any inverts for safety (Level 1 and Up).
This class will focus on going upside down! Bitter Spins and Sweet Combos
This class is for all pole levels. This class focuses on just pole spins from the beginner through the advanced level. Students will learn proper technique, hand placement and body alignment. Learn how to combine spins and a few new spins to boot! No inverting will be taught in this class, just pole spins! Students in Pole 1 through 3 are welcome.
**This can be a static or spinning pole class.
Intro to Pole Dancing – Pole .5
If you have never taken a pole dance class, this is the class for you. This class includes a warm-up, core strengthening, and a cool-down with flexibility stretches. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of pole dance technique & strength training. From walking around the pole, to basic spins and floor work you will walk away with all you need to join our beginner level classes. Class will highlight body alignment, and confidence-building through body awareness and technique. This class is designed to introduce students to the pole and to the range of moves that can be performed with time and practice. Attention is also given to building upper body strength and flexibility all of which contribute to gaining pole skills. You can see for yourself what everyone else talking about! It will definitely leave you wanting more.
Once you’ve taken Pole .5 and passed all the requirements, move on to Pole 1! In this class you will start to prepare for inversions, focusing on good form and working on strengthening both sides for all moves. Must have taken at least 3-5 Pole .5 classes . It’s time to take what you’ve learned in your Pole .5 classes and bring it to the next level. This class was created to teach you everything you need to know in order to progress to our Level 2 classes. You won’t only have a great time but you will get an amazing cardio and strength training full body work out. Learn how to spin, climb, and move smoothly up and down and all around the pole and build your strength to prepare you for inversions.
After Pole 1, challenge yourself with this intermediate level class. Here you will learn more advanced inverted moves and work on putting moves together in combinations. Only for students who have been taking Pole 1 classes for at least 6 weeks and have demonstrated the required moves, have prior training in a different facility or been approved by an instructor to take this class. You will learn more tricks including pole climbs, intermediate spins, and basic inverts and how to link them all together in a seamless, fluid routine. Students will strengthen and polish tricks and spins already learned in the beginner levels. This class includes warm-up, core strengthening, and a cool-down with flexibility stretches and an end of the class free dance. The instructor will also work independently with students to master pole spins, turns, climbs, and inverts at their own pace and as their experience allows.
Advanced pole, here you come! This class will focus on strength and flexibility, learning advanced moves and putting together longer and more complicated combinations. Only for students who have been taking Level 2 classes for at least 6-8 weeks and have demonstrated the required moves or have prior training in a different facility.
Sexy Flexy Floorwork
Strength, fluidity and flexibility off the pole is just as important as on the pole! Practice sexy floor moves and dance transitions while simultaneously working on your strength and flexibility. Socks and knee pads are required for this class. This class includes stretching and light choreography. All levels welcome.
In this class you will learn one routine over the course of a few weeks and perfecting it. Only for students who have been taking Pole 1 classes for at least 4 weeks or have prior training in a different facility. In Pole-ography, you will learn a unique, stylized pole routine designed to increase your pole movement vocabulary while also focusing on musical and emotional connectivity. This class strives to improve your sense of musicality, lines, and expression with the use of dynamic and contrasting movement on the pole. Learn to combine moves into one beautiful flowing piece, while most importantly adding your own individuality! This class is NOT for beginners as you may be expected to climb and/or invert.
Sky High Moves and Transitions
Work on perfecting your climb to the top of our 14 foot poles and trick your way back down! This class focuses on climbs, inversions, tricks and poses at the top of the pole. Tricks attempted must be according to level of ability. This class is designed to get students comfortable executing their moves at the very top of the pole. Pole 1-3.

Learn what captivates an audience and how to polish your moves to perfection. Practice creating routines, choreographing combinations and putting creativity and emotion in your performance. Make the simplest moves look unique and dramatic! Pole 1-3 Only. This class does not focus on fitness and building strength, nor is it a tricks class. Students are meant to improve upon their existing repertoire of skills.
Bitter Sexy Dance
Slip on those stilettos and wind your way around the pole in this scintillating, slinky class that will help you discover and uncover the sexy siren within. Practice the art of seduction through pole dancing, chair dancing and floor work as we create simple routines and practice pole dance transitions. Heels strongly recommended…they up your game! Pole 1-3 Only
THIS IS NOT A CLASS, INSTRUCTOR IS NOT PRESENT FOR SPOTTING OR TEACHING. Come practice what you learned in class. Open pole will be the only time you can get signed off on your moves as you work through the requirements to move up to the next level. This is only for current members who hold a membership at the studio.
